- Dining table consume minimum space while not in use, allowing for comfortable circulation and makes the reception area feel more spacious.

- As the dining table is movable, a fixed lighting unit was not the right choice. So adding the track lighting with adjustable lighting projectors is both efficient and stylish. It can be moved to focus the lighting on the table wherever it is put, plus, it looks awesome and unique.

- When moved away from the wall, the dining table can also be extended, giving more length to allow more room for platters and more room for people to eat more comfortably.

- The bench is a space-saver as it hides under the table when it’s stored. And in use, you can squeeze 3 persons on it, or even 4 kids. The bench also gives a unique personality to the dining area design.

- Wooden shelves are to add transition between the wood-cladded column and the painted wall.

- HDF floor to identify the seating area and to give it more warmth whilst sitting in it.

- TV Wall unit is designed to be as minimal as possible to avoid cluttering, as there is so much going on on the opposite wall, the wall with the TV unit had to be as simple as possible to keep the balance in the space. 

- Due to tight spaces between furniture, there was no room for side tables. So the pendant lights in the corner were a good solution for a good & warm side-lighting without having to add a lighting unit on a side table.

- The coffee table design was simple, yet exotic and have its own personality. Needles to say it’s light to move around and it’s functional with its 3-levels top.

- Dining chairs where to designed to be elegant to serve as dining chairs, and also you can pull them to extend the seating capacity in the seating area.

- They are covered with natural leather to be easy cleaned and always look shiny in case of being used to extend the seating area.

- TV Wall unit is designed to be as minimal as possible to avoid cluttering, as there is so much going on on the opposite wall, the wall with the TV unit had to be as simple as possible to keep the balance in the space.

- TV Unit is shifted away to allow circulation in & out of the balcony, also it bonds with the wooden louvers on the left to blend the wall with the louvers screen.
