10 NATURAL WAYS TO TREAT GUMS IN REVERSE

The gum recession is medical term describing when the margin of tissue gum surrounding the tooth is removed, exposing more of the tooth or root. Receding gums can produce noticeable gaps, which facilitates the accumulation of disease-causing bacteria. Now, let's focus on ten easy and natural ways to deal with the recession of the gums.

1. RINSE WITH MARINE SALT

Simply rinsing your mouth with a mixture of warm water and salt is one of the easiest methods to relieve recession, pain and inflammation of the gums.
Simply dissolve a small amount of sea salt in a cup of warm water, rinse the mixture in your mouth for about 15 seconds and spit out. Repeat 2-3 times a day for best results.
Rinse with a tablespoon of sesame oil for about 15 minutes, or until the oil becomes thinner. Spit the liquid and rinse your mouth with fresh water. Repeat daily for about a month.

2. MANZANILLA TEA

Chamomile flower has important antiseptic properties and helps reduce the inflammation that accompanies gum disease and recession.
Add 2-3 teaspoons of infusion or chamomile tea in a cup of hot water. Allow the mixture to soak for about 10 minutes; strain it and cool it. Repeat the process three times a day for as long as necessary.

3. TREE TREE OIL

Similar to other ingredients in this list, tea tree oil has some impressive antibiotic and anti-inflammatory properties. A 2008 Australian study concludes that regular application of tea tree oil reduces gum bleeding and gingivitis.
Add 1-2 drops of tea tree oil to your toothbrush, or mix it with your toothpaste. That is all! Continue brushing using this essential oil twice a day for a few weeks.

4. COCONUT OIL

Coconut oil is useful as an effective treatment for gum disease. When mixed with baking soda, coconut oil helps eliminate acids that cause bacteria from the mouth.
Simply mix two tablespoons of coconut oil and baking soda. This mixture will serve as a substitute for the toothpaste once or twice a week until the problem disappears.

5. MIRRA DYEING

There is not so much talk about myrrh as about an oral treatment, which is a pity considering that it is highly recommended as a remedy for sore gums.
Put 10 to 12 drops of tincture of myrrh in a cup of warm water. You will use this mixture as a mouthwash for your normal brushing routine.

6. CRANBERRY JUICE

Cranberry juice is highly concentrated with vitamin C and is an excellent antioxidant in the treatment of oral problems. Specifically, cranberry juice has been shown to be effective in defending receding gums and oral infections. Studies show that low vitamin C consumption is related to an increased risk of periodontal disease.
Simply taking four 120 ml of cranberry juice per day can help prevent bacteria from accumulating and hardening in your teeth. Other excellent sources of vitamin C include oranges, grapefruits, lemons, strawberries, papaya, broccoli and red pepper.

7. GREEN TEA

Known for its compounds that fight aging, Japanese scientists found that green tea helps promote healthy teeth and gums. One study, published in the Journal of Periodontology , found that drinking a cup of green tea each day decreased the depth of the periodontal pocket, improved the attachment of the gums to the teeth and reduced bleeding of the gums. In fact, the more cups of green tea are consumed, the better the results.
Green tea, along with cranberry juice, may be the two best products we can drink to promote the health of the gums.
