The Project: I designed this interactive journal to work with Liz’s mirror meditation practice and incorporated a layout and illustrations to work with the prompts. We worked to create a support for the practice and as well to create a beautiful and welcoming journey for the reader to work through the 30 day practice. Liz and I updated the journal for a re-print in 2015 {it was originally published as part of a package from Jen Lee Productions called The Gift of this Moment} and added additional illustrations and a new introduction.
