We were asked to projection map a 7" tall Avalokiteshvara statue, without a complete mesh to model off. It was restored in Cinema4D and we had some fun exploring 2D or 3D ways to capture a series of themes. The below shows processes in 2 themes, render tests, as well as the finished animation loop.
