Unique Lead Generation & Patient Remarketing Campaigns
Pinpoint partnered with iSmartMD to develop the creative for two unique campaigns run through the Holidays / 2018 for Boston area Medi Spa - Gentle Aesthetics.

CAMPAIGN #1
The first campaign was designed to generate new CoolSculpting leads for the practice, and appeared in a local shopping mall. Pinpoint generated the messaging and design of the kiosk and contest, and the resulting leads were nurtured by the fully automated iSmartMD patient generation engine through a series of SMS, email, and voicemail bots. The results across November and December were fantastic, with 60 hot leads and 22 CoolSculpting consultations for the practice!
Pinpoint then interviewed the client to begin a new series of case studies for iSmartMD--coined "Smart Studies."

CAMPAIGN #2
The second campaign promoted several seasonal specials to existing patients of the practice for the month of December. Pinpoint generated the creative for an email marketing campaign, print flyer, and social media assets -- and then the fully automated iSmartMD patient remarketing tool nurtured the Mail Chimp "campaign clicks" through a series of SMS, email, and voicemail bots. The results QUADRUPLED the conversions of the email campaign alone resulting in 14 booked treatments.​​​​​​​ Pinpoint then interviewed the client to publish the 2nd case study for iSmartMD.
