2016. Colheritas - Small Business
Colheritas was a culinary initiative to commercialize Overnight Oats in different flavors, delivering a practical, healthy and artisanal breakfast in a jar, after perceiving that most of our coworkers did not eat breakfast.
My roommate an I developed a menu with different flavors, which had special names, inspired by the ingredients of the recipes, music and movies that recalled the color palette or the concept of the flavors. With this initiative we sought to introduce the habit of taking time for a healthy breakfast as the most important meal of the day.
