GPT Mobile app (remote use)
GPT team needed a tablet app for nurses to record an individuals details and remotely contact the relevant specialist doctor to diagnose the patient. The doctor is contacted via the app and the nurse and doctor can discuss the patients requirements via video conference. This saves both time and cost and patients can be treated easier and by a specific specialist from the list of providers.
Tasks:
The UI needs to fit within their CI
Users will have basic knowledge of tablet use so the journey needs to be clear and buttons clearly identifiable.
There are various scenarios within the app, for the authority off the user logged in
The use of icons for navigation is preferred
This was a fast turn around as the UI was critical, the current version was not working for the users
