Urban Store MINI - Retail Design

This is an interaction design project connected to interior design project, where the aim is the reinvention of customer experience in the digital era and the examination of interaction between people and automotive world.

Interaction design project focuses on designing of touch shop window. It is possible to set customizations of car that are desired and see them casted on a car exhibited inside the dealership. These projections are possible thanks to a scenic system composed by projectors that are connected to show window’s system and allow to see the customizations at simultaneously and when the system is unused, are set a series of “preset projections”.
Moreover, the people, through a QR Code have direct access to their account and modify finishes also through the web site and application on mobile.
The project also involves the redesign of a suitable space to this intervention, indeed, has been changed interior space organizing the welcoming of costumer and the essential performance to conduct the interaction design project.
