由桃園市國樂團譜出桃園的聲音，融合多元族群特色，展現文化豐富的底蘊，以及獨特的文化樣貌。《繁花盛開》以歷史、人文為基底，融合客家族群的堅毅、閩南人的樸實、原住民的樂天，演繹悠然且動人的旋律，交織著桃園城市的活力與能量，彷彿繁花正在盛開的當下，充滿全新的希望也開啟無限想像與期待。桃園市國樂團不只是全國資歷最新的公立樂團；許多甫從國內各大學音樂科系畢業的團員也處於最充滿活力與熱情的階段。團員雖然年輕，但擁有扎實的專業訓練與豐沛的演出經驗，是形塑桃園音樂城市風格，最堅強、最豐沛的動力。
Taoyuan Chinese Orchestra is not only the public orchestra with the latest qualifications, but it is also in the youngest, energetic, and passionate age, which infused the most abundant musical energy into Taoyuan City; the members of the orchestra came from the music departments of various higher education institutions in Taiwan, who have been professionally trained and are equipped with a rich performance experience, making them the strongest force at shaping Taoyuan City’s into a music city.
