Campaign Content:
Main Rule: Work with a valid work permit when required.
Person Responsible for Work (PRW) shall:
Confirm if a work permit is required for the work
Ensure Method Statement & Job Risk Assessment are prepared
Ensure workers understand and comply with permit requirements
Stop the work and review work permit requirement when condition is changed
Work Permit Authorizer (WPA) shall:
Verify Method Statement and Job Risk Assessment
Verify Hazardous Energy Control and High Risk Activity requirements
Visit job site to identify additional hazard around work location
Cancel the work if deviation from work permit is observed
Worker shall:
Understand and follow work permit requirement
Confirm with PRW that it is safe to start work
Establish and maintain safe work place during work
Stop and report any hazardous situation
