A common problem with health care is that Medical health records are complicated, inaccessible, and difficult to transfer. So we decided to come up with an easy way to manage your personal health care experience online. Our target audience were those with diabetes, who were either long-term, newly diagnosed, or a caregiver (such as the mother of a child with diabetes). We looked at how diabetes was managed everyday, and what could make that process a little easier. 

MyHealth is an approachable, organized solution to your personal health care needs. MyHealth is intuitive, trusted, approachable, clear, and visible.

I created the MyHistory and MyTreatment pages.
 

The most important attribute to MyHistory is the timeline & how it functions. The timeline would be completely editable by the user, who can add events, and viewable by the user's personal doctor. It would feature not only physical things that have happened, but things such as glucose readings, and blood pressure.

 

You have the ability to expand the dates via the bar on the bottom of the timeline, and that would adjust the information accordingly. If zoomed to a specific date, or week, information would be legible to read. However, if zoomed out to a month or year, information would be displayed differently, by being stacked. You are also able to filter the information being shown via the options on the left panel.

MyTreatment would feature information about any medications currently being taken, or have been taken in the past. It would show refill information, RX numbers, medication information, as well as alerts related to refills and doctor appointments.
