During my exchange program at the San Francisco State University, I was given the task to create any kind of qualitative or quantitative map, related to my food experience in the US. As an Italian, I found interesting to pinpoint the best European dishes and foods America can offer, as well as its stars and stripes dishes.

First off, I started out by researching the data, both through the internet and my connections. Then i went on drawing some sketches of the graphical elements and the layout of my infographic. The last step was just to pass my drawings to the computer and refine them in photoshop.
