Presented here is an illustrated time-line inspired by the history of Austria from the 1900s till 2018. The black shapes in the background resemble the change in the borders of Austria as time passed.
The most prominent events that occurred are interpreted and illustrated and are placed in the time-line from left to right starting with the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand on the far left and followed by World War I, World War II and all the little factors in-between that add up and make this nation what it is today.
War, chaos and destruction are all part of Austria’s history in this time period, but what does the future hold?
