To "create something in a 2.85 x 2.2 m wall space" so that it "wouldn't stay just a painted wall" in a short timeframe - this was the challenge made by the client. The wall belonged to an outbuilding created specifically to provide additional exhibition space to the main house and gallery.

Being a challenge and an opportunity to do something in a new field, I had the chance to conjugate some creativity with another passion of mine: photography.

The idea: to design and create 4 glass panels where elements of the property would be displayed using images with a sense of art, nature and flow.

By using transparent glass, and by using monochromatic pictures, the original wall color would still be visible and the installation wouldn't be overly intrusive. I've taken several photographs at the property (garden space) and, after a careful selection, a photo detail was applyed in each of the four panels.
