台灣是一個多元化的地方，像萬花筒一樣千變萬化，所以我們以「翻新」為設計主軸，展現出台灣如同萬花筒，只要一轉動就會有新的圖形產生，並結合multiple logo的概念，結合台北市的市鳥-台灣藍雀身上的三種顏色做為標準色，設計出動態的影像標誌。
其許未來台灣可以透過國際性的運動讓世界各地的選手在此相聚，超越自我極限，進行一個良好的文化交流與世界連結，使台灣能夠「翻新」改變現狀。

Taiwan is a diversified place and it’s like a kaleidoscope. Thus, we use "renovation" as our main idea of design to show that Taiwan is like a kaleidoscope. As soon as you turn the product, it will generate new graphics. Besides, we take the concept of multiple logos, combined with the three colors of the city bird in Taipei, Urocissa caerulea, as the standard color. And thereby design a dynamic image sign.
It is expected that Taiwan will be able to bring all athletes from the world through international sports in the future. And also challenge our limits to achieve cultural exchange and connect with the world. So that Taiwan can be “renovated" and can change the status quo.
