In this 6 month project I delivered a business partner-facing site for the Marketing department in 2011. This solution was directed to 300 Associated Wholesale Grocers (AWG) business partners and internal Kraft Foods sales associates. The solution saved the department $35,000 in operational costs the first quarter it went operational, with successive quarters accounting for over $140,000 in reduced material costs, shipping & handling, and improved flexibility. This helped Kraft and our partner AWG improve their marketing materials distribution chain and access.
