Mostly set with graded blue and orange sapphires, this creation bears the name of “Orbe”, the river which crosses Le Brassus, where Audemars Piguet is settled.
With 3000 orange sapphires, 3000 blue sapphires and 6000 white diamonds, this masterwork changes colors depending on the side. Taking us on a journey from night to the sunset. Our project featured two movies.
The first movie blends images from the "vallée de Joux" where the manufacture is settled and close up views of the jewel watch.
Our idea was to give impressions of the sun rising over the valley, and the mirror effect is used to reflect the incredible effect given by the setting of this exceptional timepiece.
The second movie is a pack-shot movie, shot on our in-house motion control machine. Some shots use more than 12 different light layers.
