The design of the ECP Vascular Fitness Centre logo is inspired by Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation. The process and results of the ECP (Enhanced External Counter Pulsation (EECP)) course are similar to the Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation principle. It is also through the appropriate external pressure to accelerate blood flow and increase the amount of blood returning to the heart, the only difference is that CPR exerts pressure on the heart position, while EECP is treated primarily through three sets of external inflatable cuffs that apply pressure around the lower leg, upper leg, and buttocks. In general, they have something in common.

The ECP Vascular Fitness Centre is an EECP center that provides a  for treatment for coronary heart disease, angina pectoris,  cerebral insufficiency, ischemic kidney disease, etc. As this treatment technologies that are not popular in Hong Kong so the founders hope to promote the recognition of EECP in Hong Kong and provide an alternative to surgery for the general public.
