Which people in life inspire you the most? Why? What do you think makes your work stand out?
I don’t have any specific to the people who inspire me the most in my life. It is more so the qualities some individuals embody. People who don’t need to have the last word. Those who are trusted by their peers again, again, and again. And even the people who everyone sticks up for no matter what.
This inspires me because that is what true leadership is. Mastering the role of CEO in ALL areas of life. Now, what makes my work stand out are some of these qualities, but most importantly how hard I work, how creative I am, and how often I deliver.
If I say I am going to do something with the business, I do it. And not only do I do it, but I exceed all expectations and deliver a badass product in record time. I have been told my gift is to be able to think of ideas and launch them within a blink of an eye!
How do you push through your worst times?
When I am constantly feeling overwhelmed, and have been dealt a new hardship or challenge, I stop and ask myself 3 questions.
“Why are you feeling overwhelmed right now”? “Does this reaction benefit the vision for your life”? “If you give up, what consequences will you experience”? It is my way of taking full responsibility for my thoughts, choosing how I feel, and leaving all excuses and stories at the door. From here, I set a strategic schedule that empowers my purpose in life.
I workout, meditate, journal, speak with a mentor or counselor, start a new project, and trust the process.
