Struttura a quattro piani interamente realizzata in xlam, con alto isolamento termico. l'impianto fotovoltaico permette l'autosufficienza per riscaldare e raffrescare tutti gli ambienti. Esposizione lavorativa ed illuminazione interna ed esterna a led. Recupero delle acque piovane. Mensa interna e palestra al piano terra.
