Vampires for centuries accumulated knowledge and technology. The power of the ancient vampires is enormous, they have access to unique technologies and artifacts (such as the "Rod of Time"). Every ancient person has the key to his storehouse, which can be opened by performing a ritual sacrifice, soaking the crystal with blood.
