BRICK + WORK

UI/UX for Real Estate Startup.

BRICK+WORK hired me as a UI/UX designer for their new marketing website and web application. Their core users are commercial real estate agents and landlords, for which they offer a subscription-based service for property feasibility reports.

Using Adobe Photoshop and XD, I designed and prototyped the site, working with the CMO and a curated team of marketing, design, and web professionals. They wanted a clean design with imagery that evoked hope in the user, as their product creates opportunities for selling above assumed market values. In addition to layout, typography, custom iconography, and color palette, I crafted all application workflows, including search, results, reporting, and admin functions.

After approval of my designs, they were handed over to the developers to implement.
The home page focuses the user's attention immediately on a large, immersive video of downtown Los Angeles with a simple and clear CTA to create an account. An explainer video is included to quickly present the user with available services. A final section echoes the 3 main selling points with another action to sign up.
Sign-In and Create New Account Modal
The account page greets the newly-registered user with a success alert and welcome message that they can dismiss before exploring their new user dashboard. The account page gives a visual snapshot display of user details, including their profile picture, user type, location, years of experience, membership, properties, and reports. The Reports section gives a visual display of reports they can manage and share. The user can also manage all their user information and subscription details.
The Properties page presents users with a Featured property section, highlighting curated properties. They are also given local and most recent listings. A smart search bar is available to search for properties and filter results.
Thanks for checking out my work!
