Newsstand & Bistrot in the center of Benevento, in 2014 it starts out as a simple newsstand , then in 2017, due to the decline of the printing press and also to the desire to join culture and good food, takes over the premises adjacent adding a small bistrot.
A 360 degrees bistrot: in the morning classic cafeteria with coffee, croissants, juices and many others goodies for breakfast, in the afternoon a wide choice between teas, infusions, hot chocolates and aromatised coffees make it a little place of perfet ease, but in the evening, a nice lightning and little music turn it out in a really fashinating club.
The name “GNOSTRO” stands for “Ink (:inchiostro:)” in local dialect but also “Strong Red Wine” in common slang referred to the wine that stains the teeth.
The logo represents an opener ending with a nib hinting the duality of meanings.
