The Physiotherapy Centre in Athens practice a holistic approach to well-being, iterating the importance of a healthy mental attitude to recovery from spinal and muscular injuries.
The Challenge
Their need was to keep patients entertained as they wait their turn, while showing them in practical terms the importance of keeping an active mind and body.
The solution
Mindphysio is a series of brain puzzles for The Physiotherapy Centre in Athens. The Centre follows a holistic approach to well-being, so we suggested that, while the chiropractors take care of your body, we give you something to take care of your mind. We designed a series of 9 different post cards, each card features a unique puzzle to solve, 6 individual posters as well as a 16-page book of mind exercises, all available to patients in the waiting room. We invented working puzzles of our own by understanding the logic behind them and created a unique visual language to serve that logic.
