The album and the album cover are devoted to a real story that happened in the Andes. The plane crashed and the surviving people spent 72 days in the mountains, until two of them went for a long hike of 65 kilometres for help. As a result, they were saved.
The band members tried to convey the feeling when you are alone among the peaks of the cold mountains, and every second you hope for salvation.
