El Puma
El simbolismo de la figura felina, del puma y del jaguar, está presente en todas las culturas ancestrales del continente americano. Al puma se lo ha representado en ocasiones con figura antropomorfa (Kay Pacha u Hombre-Puma) que además tiene las alas de ave y lleva en su pico a una serpiente; lo cual es una manera de representar la búsqueda del pensamiento trascendente y la astucia que se requiere para alcanzar la sabiduría. Según esta tradición, el Puma puede adentrarse tanto en el mundo del consciente como en el del inconsciente, puede recorrer el universo del presente tanto como en el del pasado, del mismo modo que lo hace el arte cinematográfico.
