Fall 2019: Spirit of Product Design

RQ Prototyping tools are a set of equipments designed to make rapid hands-on prototyping convenient and precise. This family of product includes the following: RQ drill, RQ lathe and RQ saw.
Both RQ lathe and RQ saw have their own set of equipments that can be attached to RQ Drill. The final assembly uses RQ drill as the power source.
This project was designed and produced in a collaborative effort with Raymond Lin in a RISD industrial design advance studio called Spirit of Product Design, taught by professor Soojung Ham.

RQ drill has four perfectly flat reference sides that are used for inserting attachments and establishing parallel surfaces.
