While driving through Kananaskis Country in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies, I had the pleasure of spotting this grizzly bear making the most of the afternoon sun in late April. My first grizzly sighting in the wild. Such beautiful animals!
 
This is probably the most time I’ve spent on a single animal drawing - more than 30 hours.
 
I used Adobe Draw (Basic Taper brush) with my iPad Pro and Apple Pencil for this one.
