Shortlist's Chatbot

Most recently launched project (December 2018). I owned design end-to-end and worked on product development alongside my manager.
A new version of Shortlist's existing Chatbot; a unique way of gathering candidate information and filtering them out through a built-in algorithm based on the employer’s requirements. This upgraded version focuses on improving the overall candidate experience. Making communications better, the new chatbot uses a more empathy-driven approach to ensure candidates feel supported and at ease during their application to a job.
Alongside better user experience and a fresh interface, it also addresses the usability and technical issues associated with version one.
