This was a re design project where we had to prepare a product in stages of conceptualization for later production by casting. We were responsible for the creation of silicone rubber molds for urea resin castings.Work was carried out on the sizing of structural walls as well as radii of curvature, demolding angles and casting channels.A proposal was presented that allows to alternate the pigment of the translucent resin for a color palette.

The work consisted in design and 3D modeling in SolidWorks, generation of .STL files for 3D printing and realization of moldery and prototypes.
