Most of the artists hadn't a ticket sales platform and would depend on "marketplaces" to sell their tickets. These platforms wasn't the best place for them to engage and make the fans feel closer to the artist and harm their buying experience due to the following issues:

1. Bad user experience and interface;

2. Scalpers, they would buy huge ammount of tickets and resale in the same marketplace for twice the price or more;

3. Other artists or information that could distracted the fans from their main objective;

4. The amount of people looking for other shows at the same time could cause a performance loss

Keep our users engaged while buying their tickets and make them feel closer to their artist, providing them a singular experience, from creating an account until the checkout.
