HOLIDAY CARDS 2018
As a yearly project I enjoy making holiday cards for my relatives and friends just for the sake of having fun and creating something just a bit out of the traditional hand crafted cards. This year was no different and for the first time I decided to go with photography instead of graphic design.
I did not plan to be in front of the camera but sometimes you have to sacrifice yourself to achieve the desired goals. It was also a great opportunity to collaborate with a friend of mine and work together. I feel like sharing
thoughts and ideas back and forth made it even better and more enjoyable to work on.

The cards were later produced at my parent's print company ASV Jarex. They do all kinds of cool stuff with their high quality machines they have available in-house. I decided that it would be cool idea to print them on high quality card stock and have the copy text printed in gloss varnish. It turned out great and added that small touch to the finished product. I always enjoy working together with them because they always provide answer and interesting suggestions on different ideas - and also make them come to life almost ever time.
