Golden Panda® (KD-28C Taron) is a industrial robot machine character made by KUDOJUKO, Ltd. heavy industry based on an original story 'Safety First - Golden Panda'. it is created for animation development and merchandising projects by Sopp. He has grown up with Many Super-Robot characters fever which called sub-culture of Japan animation, always wants to create own designed Super-Robot story series which be able to remind his childhood. Finally Golden Panda® was born in the result of it.

In 2025 after the First Machine War, the leading makers of robot machines around the world quickly expanded the use of robots to everyday life and industry, demonstrating the utility of robots based on extensive data obtained from experiments, competitions, and war activities.

As various robot machines are introduced and used in various areas of society, their role as heavy machinery in large industrial settings becomes greater than any other role, increasing their demand. However, the Second Machine War breaks out in 2035, and that tragedy ironically brings about the full-blown age of the robot.

In 2038, in contrast to the various makers competing to release new robots with distinctive features from individual makers in the fast-growing industry, professional gangs for hire armed with heavy machines are prevalent and expand their territories by creating social mayhem including committing violent crimes for profit in various business projects and neutralizing public authorities.

The most notorious is Black Dog; they have the reputation that nothing can block their path and everyone acquiesces and cooperates with them. However, even Black Dog has an enemy that they avoid like the plague.

Dorothy, the machine-driving prodigy girl who tracks down and punishes Black Dog’s evil deeds, and the Golden Panda, her dedicated robot.
