produce print ready files, using Adobe's Photoshop and InDesign. During the production process, we worked closely together to ensure files were proofed correctly, file elements were placed on correct layers, CMYK colors were checked (and unused colors from palette/swatches were removed), images were placed correctly in files, and borders were consistently placed across all suites. In final prepress, images were flattened for PDF production, in addition to creating crop marks and bleed areas, before sending final files to a local (Portland, Oregon) printer. The final product is a vibrant, 4-color process printing that was sent to over 200 Kickstarter backers.
