The EQ4 is smart´s first electric sedan with a length of just 4,45 m for up to 5 people. With it, smart enters the market of the mid-size sedans and offers a competing car against Tesla's Model 3 and other upcoming electric vehicles. The EQ4 is fully autonomous and offers the formerly driver a whole new experience – as a passenger. Reaching out of the city with comfort and ease for exploring new places. Therefor the EQ4 has a range of 500 km and enough storage space for bags or suitcases. Due to the larger Tridion safety cell the smart provides increased crash-protection for its passengers.
