Listening to music, whether passively or actively, is a relaxing experience for everyone. I wanted to create a loudspeaker that represents the artistic side of music in its appearance. My design does not only function as an electronic device, but also as a work of art, that improves the quality of the experience. I sought to experiment with the use of materials, to find the right ones, which let the sound through without any distortion. The pervious material is Ytong, standing on a synthetic resin base creating an elegant floating effect.
