Checklists
Over the years I've been continuously adding to my own personal checklists and notes. I've repetitively improved and updated my checklists
When I lead a team in 2018, I introduced the idea of having a to do list available to every member with a list of needs we had, such as virtual machines, scripts and pre-downloaded software.
Leading and Teaching
In 2018 Sebastian McMillan and I were the student leaders. We were tasked with running the club for the most part, our duties included:
1. Making announcements
2. Ensuring student attendance
3. Preparing computers for competition
4. Teaching and presenting to the club
5. Getting new mentors
6. Planning extra activities such as other competitions
7. Providing learning materials and resources
8. Recruiting new members
9. Providing lunch during competition
Outreach
2nd Semester I started going to more security meetings and conferences on a regular basis, meetings such as: SeckKC, ISC2, Greater Kansas City 2600, BSidesKC and more. I went to these meetings in the goal of having new mentors lead us next year when there will be no official student leaders. So far we have had new 3 mentors that have seen the club and are interested in helping next year and we plan to acquire more over the summer.

B: Leadership
I was sousaphone musical section leader of Olathe Northwest Marching Band from summer 2016-2017 and visual section summer of 2018. I was in charge of the tuba section, this means I was to teach and lead the section, ranging from teaching new players how to breathe as a tuba player to teaching and making advanced visual movements for shows. A normal day in marching season as section leader began with roll call of the section. We'd do visual warm up as a band, then break into sectionals to tune and practice as a section for about 10-20 minutes
