CHALLENGE
The online simulator “Rehabilitate to Lease” offers public users the possibility to assess the eligibility of rehabilitation projects.
The simulator is seamlessly integrated within the Portuguese IHRU’s (Portuguese Institute for Housing and Urban Rehabilitation) website.
This tool allows to simulate an urban rehabilitation project and grasp a better understanding of eligibility criteria and corresponding levels of funding from public programmes to support urban rehabilitation.
UI/UX
This project focuses on high levels of functionality and usability for the end user, where the main activities developed include:
- Interface and system usability complete study for the entire portal;
- Full detailed report presenting results conclusions and all possible improvements identified within the portal, regarding usability, accessibility, performance and task orientation;
- Design and webpage development for the online simulator.
