Here's a short study of composition and montage aesthetics of Sergio Leone's historical monument of a film. I thought it would best suit my need for classic conte sketching on the easel. Standing upright after 3 years doing mainly animation and digital painting felt pretty good!

The form is loose and I did indulge myself with a few extra renderings of their timeless cowboy grits, so I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
