Kløften is a small local music festival. The festival wanted a new approach, but was uncertain of the proportions. I chose to make a full rebrand in order to modernize and complete the identity of the festival. The whole expression is rethought.
Through research it is discovered that Kløften is not only about the music but more about the people and the spirit. My main goal is to make a visual identity, which express the unique atmosphere at Kløften. Their participants mostly consist of adults and their children. The mission is therefore to attract the younger audience.
I have created an entirely new visual language for the brand, based on the Danish word “hygge”. The result is a modern, colorful and happy identity, which tells the story of the local and intimate atmosphere.
