Scripps Hospital engaged ARB Structures Inc to replace their existing on-grade asphalt employee parking lot with a new 4 level parking garage.  Based on preliminary drawings received from the client, ARB designed, engineered, permited, and constructed a new parking garage.  This project was within a working hospital campus.  Construction activities included demolition, mass excavation, shoring, self perform concrete work, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, parking control and employee access system, elevators, photovoltaic (PV) system infrastructure, landscaping, and public street relocation.

Brian Montesi was the senior project manager on this project and assited with the bid process, and led the effort for design, permit, construction, comminissioning and final turnover.
