Remembrance is always personalised. It gives us room for creating our own traditions. We can move old, familiar patterns from our childhood into our own grownup lives, or we can use them slightly different, rethought and changed.

When I took my pictures, I was inspired by my childhood events, when I went  with my grandmother to the cemetery, to put flowers on the grave of the beloved ones. 
Everyone is experiencing present differently so we do the past, we mourn and process dissimilar. The tradition which connects flowers and grief, is the main basis of this series.
