In 2009, The XX and its self-titled album became one of the most popular references of minimalist rock music. Inspired by their talent, I wanted to honour them by creating a vinyl sleeve that would fit their personality.
The cover, broken by four X symbolizing each musician, invites you to reveal what is behind. Contrast, relief, touch and modular repetition: everything is designed as an allegory of the group's musical uniqueness, at once mesmerizing and pure. The sleeve can be bent in two ways, according to each one’s preference.
