I designed for development this web portal mobile design to tie in the various components that make up the experience between Sales, Central Station, Customer Service and the Customer. With this easy to use responsive design your able to handle all those task and a great deal more. My first order of business was to research and understand how all the various departments functioned and figure out a way to organize all that in a user centered design that will be easy to use.The following is what I came up with.
With the new web portal you can now allow customer an opportunity to conveniently access there account and perform many functions. For example they can request service, update and or remove contacts in the call list in the event of emergency, review system activity, pay bills and manage users all from the comfort of your desktop, tablet or mobile device.
