UI Challenge #28 - Contact Us
With this challenge, the focus was to create a contact us form/modal.
So being that I am preparing to get my next tattoo, I figured it would be smart to create something along the lines that ties into something that is on my mind.
I wanted to capture the essence and character of a tattoo website (color scheme/imagery) and being able to see a contact form that provides valueable information, also allowing you to upload images of a tattoo you have in mind as well as seeing the position of the parlor on Google maps.
A better overall user experience. Simple, clean and straight to the point so that you can get in contact with the business.
