On this project I worked in a group of three. The other members were Matt Warner and Andi Patterson. We were given a random genre of music to pick an artist from and reinvent them. Our genre was classic rap. One of the issues we had in making a decision on who to reinvent was finding Hi-Res photos on rappers from the 1990's. We choose Snoop Dogg because he is still relevant to music today.

 

Once we made the decision to reinvent Snoop Dogg, we brainstormed ideas on how to. The idea behind The Viewing was he made the switch to Reggae. With that being said, we decided to making a greatest hits album that shows all of his past successes. We wanted it to be a goodbye to the rap game, as in he is saying his goodbye with the release of this album.

 

We made a pop out poster, CD cover, label, and lyric booklet. In addition to that we made a DVD cover, label, concert tickets, and a coffin to store it all in.  Hope you all enjoy what you see here. Thanks for viewing.
