Customer Journey Mapping for a Banking Experience
I have been working on few banking projects and this map is based completely on myself as a user. Planning to do few more interviews with few users and build on top of this.

Started with the “doing”, “feeling” and “thinking” categorization of the laundry list of the transcripts of banking.
Then prepared a simple excel sheet of the behaviors, feelings and stages and created a matrix of stages, objectives, behaviors and feelings in excel.
And finally a sketch version of the customer journey map.
