Based in Bremen, bfi inkasso has 40 years of experience in the field of receivables management for the mail order business.

In joint workshops with bfi, the brand's reorientation was defined. The self-image as "Northern Lights", the image of the customer as typical North German (reliable, tackling, ...) and the passion of the bfi managing director for sailing, we underlined in the corporate design. In this context, we developed the historical symbol Faith-Love-Hope as an independent key visual. In addition to the new logo and features, mailings and the new website were realized.
