Autobiography

My name is Arthur and I come from China. This article more related to how and why I can reach the final design which is a cube upside down room.

Firstly for the wallpaper design. I quite like black and white and these two colours show up very often in my previous design. So I think my design style more prefer contrast. And in the design process, I got other different design style. One of them called Esher and I think it have relation whit my previous project. They both have black and white to make the colour contrast. I also like some colourful design, so the Memphis is another choice for me. Sometimes I like to combine things together. So the plan for the final wall paper is combine two design into one.

Next is the model. I quite like making models by myself. But the furniture have a little bit difficult for me. The reason is that, furniture have many small part and these parts are not easy to do in the home. So I choose to buy them in the shop and reorganise them in my design. After the model making, the colour become a problem for me. Because the models all in original colour. So I need to recolour them for the design. I bought 3 cans of pigment. I took a long time too choose them. Because my habit makes me want to pick up the most similar colours with the  wallpaper. In the end, The colours in my design are yellow(semi gloss), purple(semi gloss), black and white. These are part of my favourite colours.
