BRIEF

Create a civic and community center on site separated from the rest of the town by highways. The project should have the highest sustainability rating.

OUR DESIGN CONCEPT

Multilevel buildings are united by pedestrian paths creating a hierarchy of urban and green spaces for all target community groups.  

DELIVERABLES

Concept building and urban design including sustainable development plan.
